STIL offers a warranty on all STIL products purchased through the website and authorized retailers. All STIL products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship.

Refund & Exchange
We will accept requests for a refund or exchange, only if the product was purchased directly from www.stilmind.com or the authorized dealers within 30 days of receipt. The refund procedure is based on the Paypal Policy. Refund will be issued in the form of a refund to the Credit Card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please submit the Refund & Exchange Request form here.
Your order shipment will normally take 7~10 working days if the items ordered are in stock. The estimated delivery periods are specified in detail and it could be changed depending on circumstances. You can check the shipping status on Order Tracking. Any import duty or tax generated in the destination country will be responsible by the Recipient.
